Higham Ferrers Neighbourhood Plan
The Higham Ferrers Neighbourhood Plan has been produced by the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group which is made up of Higham Ferrers Town Council members and people from the local community. The Neighbourhood Plan contains a vision of how Higham Ferrers will be by 2031, some objectives and a set of policies.
A referendum relating to the adoption of the Higham Ferrers Neighbourhood Plan was held on 18th February 2016.
The plan was made by East Northamptonshire Council on 11th April 2016

Latest Update
The Higham Ferrers Neighbourhood Plan Referendum was held on 18th February 2016 when 91.62% of the votes were 'YES'.
The plan will now be brought into force by East Northamptonshire Council.
